The UK Short Term Accommodation Association (UK STAA) is the national voice of the UK’s short-term rental sector, representing owners, hosts, operators, property managers and industry partners across all four nations. Founded in 2017, it is the only UK-wide short-term rental tourism association.

Its mission is to support sustainable growth and a thriving visitor economy through policy, advocacy and collaboration. UK STAA works closely with government, local authorities and industry, with relationships across Westminster, Cardiff and Edinburgh, to champion fair, transparent and evidence-based regulation. It also runs the annual Short Stay Summit and founded the Global Association Network, which connects short-term rental associations internationally.
