The Camping and Caravanning Club was founded in 1901 and is the world’s largest and longest established organisation for all forms of camping, representing over 750,000 members. It runs almost 100 Club Sites across the UK and supports a network of over 1,200 Certificated Sites. These are run for members and allow ten tents and up to five caravans or motorhomes at any one time. The Club runs an extensive network of Regional and District Associations and Special Interest Sections and organises hundreds of meets and events each year.
